Accommodations: Three guest rooms, each with private bath, two with Jacuzzis. Rooms also offer panoramic views of the river, and king sized beds. It is located directly on False River and guests can use the fishing pier, hammocks, swings, and stroll through the gardens.

Check-in Time: 3pm-6pm

Payment: Rooms are guaranteed with a credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club are accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations need to be made no later than 14 days in advance. Cancellation charge with notification of less than 14 days.

Restrictions: No pets, please. Smoking on veranda only; social drinking acceptable. Inn not suitable for children. A 2 night minimum stay is required.

Breakfast: The Inn offers a continental breakfast from 8:00 to 9:30. Early coffee is available.

Recreation & Activities: Ferry over Mississippi River,explore Antibellum homes or Civil War Battle Sites, fantastic fishing, boat rentals, waterskiing, bird watching, antiquing, bike riding on the water, hiking in Tunica Hills, golfing at one of three of the Audubon Golf Tour courses or play badmitten in the yard, bike around the River, and catch wonderful views of sunrise and sunset.

Attractions & Special Events: Noel sur la Fausse Riviere (Christmas in False River), Parlange Plantation, Mardi Gras, Antique Festival, Farmers Market, trophy lake for bass tournaments, 4th of July Boat Parade, Spring Triathlon, and Historic Homes and Gardens. Golf at three of the Audubon Golf Tour Courses, or Pointe Coupee Country Club or the Bluffs in St. Francisville. Rhythms on the River, National Boat Parade in June.

Recommended Local Restaurants: Joe's Restaurant at the Dreyfus Store, Ma Mama's Kitchen, Morels, Satterfield's, and Oxbow Carriage House Restaurant. Elegant and Casual, French and Cajun cooking are favorites.  Dining is the most popular activity of all!

Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Abundant wildlife, St. Mary's Catholic Church, 300-year-old French history, 300-year-old live oaks, Antebellum homes and gardens of the Old South, historic cemeteries and churches, and antiques at reasonable prices. Bergeron's pecan factory, best and freshest pecans in the country, and they will give tours upon request. Creole and French spoken in New Roads. In season you will be served fresh peaches and figs, and citrus fruit juice from the Inn's own trees. Agricultural Tours, Cotton Gins, Locks, Port of Pointe Coupee.
